In the target markets much trade is cash, wallet transfers and informal credit. The README therefore treats cash as first-class, records Yape and Plin by hand and keeps cards to the phone's Tap to Pay.

Is Simca a payment processor?

No. It is not an acquirer or processor. Card acceptance is planned only through a provider's Tap to Pay SDK on the phone, and Simca does not scan or store card numbers.
