Interchange and Simca Logistics

The supply-network side of the plan: digital waybills between distributors, drivers and shops, and an overlay for jobs, bids, dispatch and reputation.

Status

Built (repo) Repository artifacts exist: five draft JSON Schemas (they parse), a draft SQLite migration (it creates eight tables) and design documents. Planned The 250 CONN, 728 LOGI and 98 ARCH catalog items are planned. Not decided The base-layer name (POS Interchange, POS Supply Loop or POS Conecta) is not decided. The Logistics folder has no application code and no tests; its source and test folders hold placeholders.

Interchange (CONN)

Waybills (guías) created and exchanged between devices, including Peru's electronic waybill (GRE), truck and van stock, routes and stops, proof of delivery, store-side receiving, returns and empties, driver cash and disputes. Exchange is designed to work by QR, Bluetooth, local Wi-Fi or a signed file, with no server required.

Simca Logistics (LOGI)

Job posts, templates, a board, bids and counter-bids, dispatch, multi-stop and backhaul loads, routing, opt-in local location, driver availability, vehicles, documents, onboarding, exceptions and messaging. Reputation is designed as signed positive or neutral attestations held by the rated party.

Compartmentalised (ARCH)

Logistics has its own folder, database, process, versions, contract and update channel, so a fault in one cannot corrupt the other. It is delivered as its own signed package.

Network use

The peer-to-peer board baseline needs no sign-in; the board relay needs the online network sign-in (ADR-0001).

Not decided

  • Board distribution without servers (the recommendation combines gossip, data mules and signed codes; relays optional).
  • Reputation math, GPS opt-in model, relay nodes, process isolation per platform, contract transport, dispute helper, signature scheme.
  • An optional board-access fee: not decided, currently free; no amount is shown here.
